Typical Duties: 

    • Can work in a medical office, a hospital, a clinic, or a private practice
    • Interacts with patients, doctors, and other healthcare personnel
    • Maintains patient records
    • Does not provide direct patient care
    • Schedules appointments
    • Answers phones
    • Keeps administrative area of the facility tidy 
    • Works at the front desk in a medical facility 

Program Information: 

    • 16 months
    • 36 credit hours

Typical Duties: 

    • May work in a medical office or a hospital setting
    • Verifies and bills insurance companies
    • Codes the information from Healthcare Provider in order to bill insurances
    • Gathers and reviews patient information
    • Prevents fraud
    • Works with various types of payments

Program Information: 

    • 8 months
    • 18 credit hours

Typical Duties: 

    • Work alongside a Pharmacist
    • May work in retail pharmacy, hospitals, and outpatient settings
    • Assists with filling prescriptions using dosage calculations
    • Enters patient information
    • Creates labels
    • Provides customer service
    • Fills inventory
    • Stands a majority of their workday

Program Information: 

    • 8 months 
    • 18 credit hours

Typical Duties: 

    • Provides troubleshooting services to organizations and individuals
    • Troubleshoots hardware and software issues
    • Troubleshoots networking, operational procedures, and security basics
    • Services wired and wireless connections and devices
    • Commonly employed at Apple Stores, Geek Squad or Tech Support Centers 

Program Information: 

    • 8 months
    • 18 credit hours

Typical Duties: 

    • Works with different departments within an organization
    • Provides advising and coaching to employees
    • Hires quality individuals and transitions individuals as needed
    • Provides conflict resolution
    • Conducts trainings and retention activities
    • Involved in employee engagement strategies
    • Analyzes data
    • Versatile across a variety of fields

    • Organizes and manages each stage of the project
    • Works directly with project leads
    • Provides leadership, motivation, and inspiration
    • Analyzes activities
    • Identifies and manages risks
    • Communicates with team members, stakeholders, sponsors, and clients
